Puglia cooking courses
Terre Travel Designer kitchen courses are aimed at cooking enthusiasts, passionate gourmets and those who wish to satisfy their interests in gastronomy. Our qualified, expert chefs conduct demonstrations and kitchen workshops, exploring food preparation and menus with suggestions, anecdotes and useful information. With the culinary reference being traditional Puglian cooking we offer preparatory courses in meat, seafood and desserts, as well as seasonal courses in vegetables and other products and, naturally, menus for the feasts of Christmas and Easter.

Services On request
- Eno-gastronomic tour: in the search of raw products and everything that is required for your cooking lesson and final tasting. You can even pick fruit, vegetables and fresh eggs directly from biological and natural sources.
- Instant course: in less than half an hour we will supply you with a prepared dinner at your lodging, plus a new culinary experience.
- Course on demand: all you need to do is supply us with your preferred menu and we will organize a course around it, as well as a final tasting.
