A lovely villa with private swimming pool for real relaxing holidays and just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches of Salento. It is located near Santa Maria di Leuca, on a gentle hill overlooking the sea and is surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees and native vegetation.

The large garden allows you to enjoy the relaxation of the campaign and organize lunch and dinner outside, below the shaded gazebo.

The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a whole fresh and ancient trulli cone, a bathroom with shower, a second double room with private bathroom with shower and a small room with bunk beds. The villa is fully air-conditioned (except for the trullo which is cool itself within its think walls).

The well-kept garden is equipped with outdoor furnitures, sun loungers and a swimming pool with an irregular shape. The property has a barbecue and a pizza oven to enjoy culinary desires.

The sandy beaches are just 3 minutes drive away in Torre Vado. The white city of Santa Maria di Leuca is also close by the property (8 km) and offers a beautiful promenade with bars and restaurants overlooking the bay of the village, many historic houses and villas, a tourist harbour where you can moor your own boat or rent one out.

The area around Santa Maria di Leuca is characterized by both sandy beaches and rocky coves with clear water and caves to explore.

The coastal road that links Santa Maria di Leuca to Otranto, overlooking the sea, is wonderful and full of interesting corners to be admired, in addition to other noteworthy places such as Santa Cesarea Terme and Castro.
