This beautiful villa, situated in a panoramic position on the rocky hills located close to Santa Maria di Leuca, overlooks the deep blue sea and the surrounding area. From here a breathtaking view will give moments of intense pleasure to the guests, who can enjoy the sea view lying on comfortable shaded couches (with tree canopy) located in the garden or lying in the pool immersed and in the jacuzzy corner.

The main building provides a large living room with sofas and dining area, kitchen equipped for every culinary desire, 4 master bedrooms, three of which with en suite bathroom (one with bath, two with shower), plus the large outdoor gazebo where it will be nice organizing breakfasts, lunches or dinners. The furniture are all well-kept and made from a mix of antique and modern.

In the garden, a short distance from the main villa, there are two trulli dating back to 1700 (there is still an incision in the gateway). In one there are 2 double rooms, one double room with single beds, a further double bedroom with private bathroom (with bathtub), a second bathroom with shower. The second trullo has a kitchen, a bathroom and a small living room.

In the villa TV cable / satellite, DVD player, stereo, air conditioning / heating, fireplace are available for guests in addition to numerous accessories kitchen area.

The garden surrounding this residence is lush, with shaded areas and sunny spots, areas with tables and chairs, while around the pool there is a handy changing room with shower and sink. A daily maid service (about 2 hours) is provided every day, but further cleaning is available at extra cost on request.
